Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions of rumblepup.com (RSE).

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.  We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

We try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

RSE will only sell and ship to persons over 18 years of age.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  In order to govern this policy, RSE is using age verification software to qualify our customers.  We will also request valid ID on random orders or in the case of suspect purchaser information. 

Order Shipping and Processing

All orders usually ship out of our warehouse within 1-2 business days from the date on which the order was received. To avoid delays in shipping, please make sure that all orders are placed with a correct and valid name & address. Orders that are placed after 12:00PM PST each day may be processed the following business day. Any orders placed during the weekend (Fri-Sun) are processed the following business day. We do not ship on holidays and/or weekend.

Most orders are delivered between 2-5 business days, depending on how far the delivery address is from Florida. Please understand we are not responsible for any delayed or damaged orders caused during the shipping process, but we'll do our best to accommodate any special shipping instructions. We do not ship on holidays and/or weekends.

We offer UPS and USPS Priority Mail Shipping. Free shipping does not apply to expedited orders.

Orders with any type of expedited shipping, high order value, different bill to/ship to addresses may be further verified for security reasons. Please note that if your order is flagged for further verification, the shipping date will change depending on when we're able to clear your order.

While we make our best effort to ship orders immediately, we are unable to guarantee delivery on any certain date due to different shipping time variances.

Free Shipping

We offer free Shipping on all orders over $55 shipped to the Contiguous United States, a.k.a. the lower 48 states. We do not require coupon codes, nor do we charge hidden handling charges.  The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout as a shipping option for qualified orders.

Free shipping does not apply to orders going to non-contiguous US territories.  These orders will be assessed standard shipping charges. Orders under 13 ounces will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, while orders over 1lb and above will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Returning a Product

If you wish to return a product that you've purchased that you are not satisfied with, you may do so within 5 days of receipt for a store credit, less a 25% processing and handling fee. The product returned must be in its original factory packaging, and in sealed and new condition.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are otherwise final.  No opened products will be accepted for return; however if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us.  If free shipping was offered and chosen for your order, the actual shipping cost that was incurred to us by the shipping carrier will be deducted from your store credit or refund.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMA requests. Please note to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit.

If the product is returned and cannot be restocked due to shipping damage and/or used as deemed by our returns department, then a minimum 50% processing and replacement fee (actual fee will vary depending on condition of return) will be deducted from your store credit/refund. There will be no refunds made for products that have been opened or used.

While we strive to provide exceptional support to all customers and will help to make the return process as painless and easy as possible, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Obtaining an RMA for Return

To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) for return, please follow the directions below:

  1. Send an email to: cs@rumblepup.com.
  2. Provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and a good contact phone number.  
  3. Allow 1-2 business days for a response from a customer service representative.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse RMA's if our return policy is being abused. You will need to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit. While we strive to provide exceptional support to all customers and will help to make the return process as painless and easy as possible, we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be returned in new condition with no damage or modifications to the outer packaging or to the product itself.

Order Cancellation/Package Refusal

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. If your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order if your order has not been charged and/or shipped. If your shipment is already in transit, we may not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of order so that we may issue an RMA for your return. Upon the processing of your return, we will provide you a store credit for the full value of the products purchased and returned.

Any orders refused and therefore shipped back to RSE will receive a partial refund if the item is received in new condition; the partial refund would be the remainder of the payment after the subtraction of the actual shipping costs TO and FROM the buyer and a 25% re-stocking fee. In cases where your item received FREE shipping, we will only assess a valid shipping fee for the return postage (whatever UPS/USPS charges us).  If the item returned has been damaged in transit, the refund amount will be at the sole discretion of RSE.
